  • Working with business intelligence tools - like Tableau and Power BI - to create dynamic reports and dashboards that provide real-time insights into engineering performance
  • Supporting in resourcing capacity planning, system usage analysis and other operational activities that drive efficiency and agility across our technology platforms
  • Producing timely and accurate reporting packs for various audiences, including senior management
  • Engaging in projects related to incident management, security, and compliance to help improve the overall health and performance of our platforms.
