Responsibilities

  • Generate and adjust resource planning projections to support the Operational Planning activities that are performed between the Business Winning, Delivery and Functional Teams;
  • Assist Strategic Planning Team to ensure seamless resource planning by generating customised scenario plans and establishing a regular dialogue that maintains transparency as resource plans evolve;
  • Interact with a wide variety of off-the-shelf and bespoke tools to ensure the Business Operations Team use best practice and that data is recorded/reported to a high level of accuracy;
  • Supply project history research that develops analysis supporting a variety of operational planning activities, providing recommendations and requirements to enhance standardised reports and bespoke modelling;
  • Support the monitoring and Governance over Organisational Compliance, the implementation of Business Continuity management activities and the various Transformation and Change initiatives across the Business.
