Responsibilities

  • Meal Plan Sales
  • Serve as ambassadors to the CDS brand, approaching parents and students with enthusiasm and respect.
  • Help students and parents sign up for a meal plan; answering any questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Host meal plan tabling events at the dining hall and other locations during meal periods
  • Assist in distributing CDS marketing collateral around campus; making sure materials posted are up to date.
  • Collaborate with Guest Experience team, University partners, and other stakeholders in creating a seamless experience for parents/students.
  • Give meal plan presentations and provide further guidance to attendees.
  • Analyze our meal plan communication strategy and comprehension. Generate new ways to improve our communication and student interest.
  • Assist with long-term projects and administrative tasks from the Guest Experience team.
