What is the duration of the Catalyst Internship?
The Catalyst Internship offers a unique, in-person experience from January through December 2025.

Interns are required to work 15-20 hours per week during the school year and full-time (40 hours) during the summer months.

Yes, the pay rate for the internship is between $17 and $18 per hour.
What type of projects will interns be working on?
Interns will collaborate in small teams to explore and implement innovative solutions for complex projects, engage with internal teams, and present findings to leadership.
Who is eligible to apply for the Catalyst Internship?
Applicants must be full-time students enrolled at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, pursuing a 4-year degree in fields such as Business, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Sales, Computer Science, Marketing, Journalism, AD/PR, or related areas.
Are there any specific skills or experiences that can enhance an applicant's chances?
Current or previous experience in student organizations, participation in innovation initiatives, research activities, or competitions demonstrating a creative and investigative mindset are considered a plus.
