Responsibilities

  • Operational delivery of clinical studies including feasibility assessments, overseeing subcontractor’s performance, recruitment tracking
  • Attendance at and contribution to clinical study team meetings
  • Assist with planning and tracking of study timelines and budgets
  • Co-ordinate key study activities such as study documentation filing, study supplies and investigator meetings
  • Support study set up and project management activities
  • Support and assist coordination of the required ethics application of designated studies
  • Focus on study set-up and operational project management and close out activities
  • Supporting the operational delivery of VEO studies including vendor assessment and selection, feasibility assessments, vendor oversight, recruitment tracking, operational plan development
  • Preparation of high-quality scientific materials relating to VEO studies including contributing to study protocols, informed consent forms, study reports
  • Attendance at and contribution to study team and vendor meetings
  • Assist with planning and tracking of study timelines and budgets
  • Co-ordinate key study activities such as study documentation filing, study team meetings, risk review and mitigation meetings
  • Build Project Plans in Planisware aligned with evidence generation strategy
  • Maintain active Project Plans timelines, budget, adding new activities and utilise them to ensure upcoming activities start in a timely manner
  • Preparation of data files/slides for input into project team & management discussions
  • You will develop your business skills project management, change management, strategy, finance whilst also gaining an understanding of the overall drug development process
  • Assist the Clinical Operations Lead in using internal and industry data sources along with data analytics to generate insights used for the planning of clinical trials
  • Assist with the site feasibility process
  • Assist the Clinical Operations Lead in providing timely high-quality deliverables including recruitment plans, feasibility report and budget to clinical trial teams
  • May support the assessment, piloting and embedding of new data analytics and data sources to ensure GSK continues to access best in class solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement in Feasibility and Clinical Operations Planning processes
