The candidate will gain hands-on experience in commercial banking relationship management through training workshops, assessing customer needs, exploring different areas of commercial banking, participating in business improvement projects, developing key skills, learning from industry experts, accessing research and insights, testing new approaches, building a global network, and working in a purpose-driven organization to deliver outstanding service for customers.
