Responsibilities

  • Based on an understanding of Bloom & Wild’s goals, and learnings from previous partnerships, identify and prioritise partners to seek new growth opportunities.
  • Reach out to brands / companies / influencers, and own the pipeline of potential targets
  • Arrange meetings, pitch partnership proposals, and represent Bloom & Wild
  • Create or update assets required to support the outreach (such as pitch decks, terms & conditions templates)
  • Work closely with our commercial team to structure partnerships, and with our brand, creative and marketing teams to supply and assets required for the partnership
  • Taking primary responsible for the launch and ongoing management of commercial partnerships
  • Evaluate the success of campaigns
  • Work closely with peers across other markets to knowledge share
  • Ad hoc projects & tasks, such as merchandising, elements of trading during peak, supporting B2B customers.
