Responsibilities

  • Support the site HO Customer Facing with the financial management of budgets and forecasting
  • Participate in capital investment (CapEX) planning and projects according to Airbus principles
  • Develop site strategies alongside the HO customer Facing for the site to include; space management, sustainability, real estate, services etc
  • Integrating an MFT approach across the Facilities Management team in the UK
  • Leading projects that support workplace improvements across the site, as part of the company Better Workplace project
  • Facing the customers and ensuring accurate and timely reporting, supported by transparent performance metrics to continually improve the service we provide is fundamental to the role
  • Develop relationships across the plant at all levels to be able to anticipate business needs
