Responsibilities

  • Develop research plans and conduct qualitative (IDIs; focus groups; shelf assessments) and quantitative (surveys) consumer research for new product development and commercialization.
  • Providing engineering and design teams with actionable insights to deliver consumer-centric products.
  • Collaborating as part of a cross-functional, international team to deliver rigorous, relevant research.
  • Translate feedback, including latent needs and dissatisfaction, into product innovation and development recommendations – working with teams over the course of the product development and launch cycle to ensure these are addressed.
  • Managing a range of projects across both of our brands, ensuring that research is executed, and outputs delivered in a timely manner.
  • Communicating effectively, professionally, and with confidence to cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrates creative and innovative thinking.
  • Effectively collaborates with consumer insights teams in the EU, UK and US to develop and publish a comprehensive understanding of consumer needs and expectations.
