  • Students are working harder than ever before to stabilize their future. Our recent research study called State of the Student shows that nearly 3 out of 4 students are working to support themselves through college and 1 in 3 students feel pressure to spend more than they can afford. We founded our business on provided affordable textbook rental options to address these issues. Since then, we’ve expanded our offerings to supplement many facets of higher educational learning through Chegg Study, Chegg Math, Chegg Writing, Chegg Internships, Thinkful Online Learning, and more to support students beyond their college experience. These offerings lower financial concerns for students by modernizing their learning experience. We exist so students everywhere have a smarter, faster, more affordable way to student.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Strong organizational and project management skills- proficiency in Google Suites
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside Chegg
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership on a past project
  • Knowledge of CPG influencers and/or use of influencer engagement software platforms

Responsibilities

  • You’ll identify new opportunities to reach Chegg’s growing community across our digital platforms while monitoring competitors, media outlets, influencers, and key trends in the ed-tech space
  • Work closely with teammates and cross-functional teams such as Brand, Paid, Integrated Marketing as well as 3 rd party partners like TikTok
  • Conduct research to source, vet and prioritize promising influencers that are aligned with our brand and reflect the trends and attitudes of our customers.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to own the process from top to bottom including communicating with influencers, briefing influencers, curating content, tracking social posts, and analyzing results.
  • Build and maintain an influencer marketing campaign calendar to ensure an “always-on” approach
  • QAing content before and during campaign launch to ensure that content meets brand standards
  • Monitor influencer accounts to ensure follow-through, source/tag UGC , and track influencer performance across identified KPIs
