What are the hours for the Credit/Collections Accounting Intern position?
The hours are Monday – Friday and are flexible.
Who will I be reporting to in this internship?
You will be reporting to the Customer Credit Manager.
What type of tasks will I be performing as a Credit/Collections Accounting Intern?
You will assist the accounting department with tasks such as verifying customer purchase orders, processing credit card transactions, investigating fraudulent orders, responding to credit inquiries, processing refund requests, and assisting in collections.

The ideal candidate should be friendly, professional, organized, detail-oriented, a self-starter, and adaptable to change.
What educational qualifications are required for the internship?
Candidates should be actively pursuing an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Is there a specific proficiency requirement for software applications?
Yes, proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general Windows operation is required.
Where will the work be performed?
The work will be performed at 4imprint’s location in Oshkosh.
Is this position eligible for work visa sponsorship?
