Responsibilities

  • Prepare and compile all necessary documentation, including quotations for service contract tenders referred to all Business Units, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain awareness of tender announcements and provide pertinent information to Key Account Managers.
  • Generate quotes for the customers upon request from Key Account Managers.
  • Conduct pre-quote activities such as credit checks and updates on realization times.
  • Follow the approval process for quotes using dedicated tools and reaching out the proper stakeholder.
  • Manage contracts, ensuring their preparation and maintenance throughout the contract lifecycle for both public and private customers.
  • Interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address tender-related issues and ensure alignment on quality documentation.
  • Assist in the coordination of contract bookings between public administration, Philips, and the Global Business Services (GBS) team.
