  • Manage and enhance data, research, and information systems to monitor performance of the tourism ecosystem in Indianapolis and competitor cities.

  • Monitor local news for downtown and tourism-related project announcements and incorporating them into an internal tracking system.
  • Assist in the implementation of planning and implementation of the Destination Vision Plan, currently focused on regional activation of the White River, storytelling the regional trails network, and exploring the future of the convention district.
  • Participates in weekly destination development team meetings.
  • Attends destination development project meetings.
  • Provides basic administrative assistance for project management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
