Requirements

  • We recruit students who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent interpersonal skills. They are studying for degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. We have very comprehensive training programmes that will give you all the technical knowledge you’ll need to build a career with us.
  • You should not only be passionate about the world of finance, but also show a keen interest in your chosen field. You already have a record of academic achievement and you’re eager to go on learning at the same intensive rate. You’ll thrive on working in a highly collaborative and diverse culture with some of the best minds in banking.
  • Please note that you must be in your penultimate year of study to apply for our 2024 September Seasonal Internship Programme (i.e., graduating in 2025).

Responsibilities

  • Join us and you will be an integral part of our team. The seasonal internship is designed for students in their penultimate year of study, who are looking for a long-term internship as part of their course. During this internship you will experience what it’s like to work for our international bank and gain a wide range of practical skills. You will also benefit from training courses, seminars, and a variety of networking events. We also anticipate having two cohorts, the first intake in March & the other in September.
  • Internship length ranges from 3-6 months and, if successful, students will be invited to join the 2025 Graduate Programme in Origination & Advisory, upon completion of studies.
