Responsibilities

  • Develop data acquisition campaigns supporting markets in accelerating local data base growth. Coordinate and execute pilots and tests, collect and share best practices.
  • Implement the global integrated data capture plan (DMP, martech, GTM, salesforce, CRM) to increase consumer knowledge and deliver personalized consumer journeys. Cascade above the market segmentation and support markets in marketing automation.
  • Support markets in defining and executing a GLocal CRM plan involving key internal and external stakeholders. Monitor execution and track markets against agreed local KPIs.
  • Support markets in selecting local players to configurate the appropriate rewards scheme that satisfy consumers expectation in the new membership program and ensure a holistic program execution.
  • Provide assistance on the external contractors’ management and operational execution (from rewards/benefits implementation to discount/voucher erogation).
