Responsibilities

  • Work with current and prospective customers building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business
  • Nurture inbound leads and address customer inquiries (requesting samples, sending documents, entering new customer setup requests, quoting new business, etc)
  • Use our Salesforce platform to document customer interactions, enter & reassign leads, write call reports, log emails, and create opportunities, and assist with data maintenance projects
  • Drive meaningful and engaging conversations and answer questions in real-time as a web chat operator
  • Assist the sales operations team with customer data maintenance, management, analytics and reporting
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
  • Other duties as assigned
