  • As an intern position, no previous experience is required, although profiles with the following set of skills will be prioritized:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (recently graduated or last year). Related, but not exclusively to the following fields: Sociology, Digital Marketing, Business.
  • Comfortable working with Excel sheets or data integration (80% of the role will be digital analytics related).
  • Acquainted with data visualization tools (Power BI) and the digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support the customer development and Analytics team in developing ecommerce
  • The Ecommerce analyst trainee is responsible for supporting the Souther Europe Cluster Team in their day-to-day roles; being an active member in terms of content, placement, media, and any other ecommerce-related task.
  • Reporting and analysis of data and performance to help-out in the decision-making process of ecommerce projects and strategy:
  • Financial analysis: focus on profitability, GPs, turnover and any other commercial KPI.
  • Digital activity: based on perfect shelf KPIs, media metrics, on-retailer’s site positioning, CRM, first party data or any other initiative that can be triggered to improve the overall performance.
  • Stablish workflows to create/maintain a clear and clean data repository for SEF ecommerce needs (extract, transform, load)
  • Set clear ways of working with departments with direct ecommerce impact to expand the level of data and information available.
  • Set ecommerce analytics squads, workspaces and any other agile practice to improve information and benchmarking across ecommerce analytics and data departments
