  • Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing and Attending Career Fairs:
  • Collaborate with the Employment Marketing team to plan, coordinate, and execute university career fairs and related events;
  • Assist in the logistical arrangements, including booth setup, collateral/asset preparation, and managing event registrations;
  • Engage with prospective candidates, providing information about Airbus and its employment opportunities;
  • Collect and analyse feedback and data from career fairs to help improve future recruitment strategies.
  • Recruitment Advertising Campaigns:
  • Support the development and implementation of recruitment advertising campaigns across digital and out-of-home media channels;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create compelling and effective campaign materials;
  • Assist in monitoring campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future advertising efforts;
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance the employer branding initiatives and attract diverse talent.
  • Employer Branding and Talent Attraction:
  • Assist in the execution of employer branding strategies to enhance Airbus' reputation as an employer of choice;
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of content for employment marketing channels, including social media, careers website, and other communication platforms;
  • Support the coordination of employer branding events and initiatives, both internally and externally;
