The candidate must be a current university student with initiative, self-motivation, efficiency, adaptability, confident presentation skills, a strong desire to succeed, and a minimum predicted 2.1.

The candidate will have the opportunity to shadow and learn from different departments within the company, gaining a comprehensive understanding of Encode Club's operations. There is also potential for the internship to be extended or lead to a full-time position.
