  • Build skills in problem-solving, technical analysis, testing and validation, communication, tool and software usage, collaboration, and documentation.
  • Develop the behaviours essential for becoming a professional engineer, including professionalism, adaptability, resilience, safety consciousness, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of products and systems that are critical to Royal Navy operations.
