Responsibilities

  • Participate and perform design tasks including AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting in the design of infrastructure projects including watermains, storm and sanitary sewers, grading, and storm water management.
  • Support the design project manager to liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other project stakeholders to guide projects through the approval processes.
  • Collaborate with the design project manager on project schedules and budgets.
  • Collaborate on fundamentals of detail design of Civil/Siteworks infrastructure work and project management.
  • Oversee, document, review, and assess contractor’s compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Take accurate and detailed measurements of all work performed by the contractor to ensure accurate payments for work performed.
  • Perform Contract Administrator and Inspection tasks in preparing various site reports.
