What are the basic qualifications required for this internship?
Candidates must be a sophomore or above in college, pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or a related degree, and able to report onsite to Cudahy for a June 2nd, 2025 start date.
Is there a preferred GPA for applicants?
Yes, a GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.
What kind of projects will the intern work on?
Interns will assist Design Engineers with project and R&D support, work on projects related to critical machining operations in producing jet-engine components, and learn to utilize CAD and FEA software.
What kind of experience will interns gain during this program?
Interns will gain hands-on experience, learn engineering principles related to aerospace materials, and develop exclusive knowledge of the forging industry and the Aerospace and Defense industry.
