  • Conduct safety audits and quality audits
  • Reads and understands drawings and specifications
  • Logs submittals and process RFI’s
  • Assists with surveys and project layouts
  • Maintains and updates field drawings, field equipment and records
  • Assists with coordinates subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
  • Attends relevant project meetings
  • Prepares memos, letters, meeting minutes, contracts, and other forms and documents
  • Assists with project documentation requirements
  • Assists with estimates and solicits subcontractors and/or suppliers for information and pricing
  • Performs other duties as assigned
