What is the duration of the internship?
The internship will last from June 1 to August 15, 2025.
Where is the internship located?
The internship is based out of our Mount Laurel, NJ office.
Is travel required for this position?
Yes, the position may require some overnight travel and working at remote field sites, approximately 25% of the time.
What are the working hours for the internship?
This position will require you to work four days a week.
What type of students are eligible to apply for this internship?
Undergraduate students majoring in Environmental Science or a related field who have completed a minimum of 4 undergraduate semesters are eligible to apply.
What responsibilities will the intern have?
The intern will conduct field data collection, report preparation, execute field work, and comply with field safety protocols, among other tasks.
Are there any specific skills required for this internship?
Yes, candidates should have proven technical, communication, and organizational skills, be proficient in MS Office applications, and possess strong collaboration abilities.
Will the intern be assigned a mentor?
Yes, the intern will be assigned a mentor who will work one-on-one with them throughout the internship.
What kind of environment will the intern be working in?
The intern will experience typical office environments as well as fieldwork, which may include exposure to inclement weather and physically challenging conditions.
