What is the duration of the Estimating Internship for Summer 2025?
The internship will be full-time from May to August 2025.
What responsibilities will I have as an Estimating Intern?
As an Estimating Intern, you will review and perform quantity surveys, assist with sub-trade solicitation duties, manage bid documents, perform bid day assignments, conduct sub-trade bid reviews, visit job sites, use in-house estimating software, and develop relationships with subcontractors.
What educational background is required for this internship?
Candidates should be pursuing an associate’s or bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting & Estimating Technology, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Is there a specific location for the internship?
The internship is based in Denver, Colorado.
What software experience is preferred for applicants?
Experience with On-Screen Takeoff, Microsoft Excel and Word, Revit, Acrobat, and other computer software is preferred.
Are there any age restrictions for applicants?
Yes, applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
