Responsibilities

  • Working with Director of Facilities and Facilities Management Team to insure smooth and timely departmental operations. Tasks could include:
  • Helping update Lease Master List to include all pertinent Facilities department required information.
  • Updating and organizing paper (and electronic) construction documents including blueprints, O&M’s and warranties.
  • Consolidating business license renewal requests.
  • Fine tune work order system in order to better track repair trends and specialty contractor needs.
  • Update building square footage allocation sheets.
  • Update property insurance allocations to verify SF and content coverages are correct.
  • Overview building systems to update PM processes where possible.
  • Other duties as needed, which may include hands-on light duty building repairs.
