  • Assist Product Development Engineers in characterization and production test program development through parametric, data and statistical analysis. Perform engineering and correlation studies to ensure yield, coverage and meet corporate target goal to start production ramp. Participate on cross-functional teams and help resolve production related issues. Write and maintain technical documents. Debug and manage manufacturing and characterization test programs for next-generation AMD microprocessors.
