  • Develop and refine prompts for diverse learning scenarios, including knowledge retrieval, static data usage and data analysis from multiple sources.
  • Create and maintain a repository of effective prompts for internal use.
  • Collaborate with the AI vendor team and internal team to iterate on prompt effectiveness.
  • Document prompt engineering methodologies and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of a customer security scoring system based on product usage and security best practices.
  • Research and analyze relevant security standards across our product to build our scoring.
  • Collect and organize data related to customer security configurations and activities.
