  • Help build up Root by working on the most urgent and significant sales, strategy and product related problems faced every day.
  • Play a vital role in driving and executing projects and initiatives to rapidly scale our business across Europe
  • Take responsibility for high-impact end-to-end strategic projects (zero-to-one from planning to execution)
  • Conduct market analysis to support crucial sales decisions
  • Have insights into and influence important management topics such as strategic roadmap, product development, etc.
  • Support the team in hiring strong team-members for the next scaling phase
