What is the main mission of the Founder's Associate Intern role?
The main mission is to help build up Root by working on urgent and significant sales, strategy, and product-related problems faced by the company every day.
Who will I report to in this internship?
You will report to Tim (first business hire) and Karim (second business hire).
What type of projects will I be handling?
You will be responsible for high-impact end-to-end strategic projects, conducting market analysis, and supporting crucial sales decisions among other initiatives aimed at scaling the business across Europe.
What qualifications are necessary for this role?
You should be currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree at a top-tier university with excellent grades, and have some experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or VC-backed startups.
What skills are essential for a successful candidate?
Essential skills include outstanding analytical abilities, the capacity to handle multiple projects under pressure, effective communication skills, a self-driven and professional personality, and proficiency in both German and English.
How long will the internship last?
The internship is expected to last at least 3 months.
