What is the focus of the internship?
The focus of this internship is to provide a broad look at the electrical utility industry through entry-level tasks, assisting Designers and Engineers on electric substation projects.
What are the minimum requirements to apply for this internship?
Candidates must be enrolled in programs focused on automation/robotics, electronics, drafting/CAD, electric design, or structural/architectural design.
How many hours a week will I be expected to work during the school year and summer?
Interns are expected to work 15-20 hours a week during the school year and 40 hours a week during the summer.
What is the anticipated starting pay for this position?
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is $17.00 per hour.
