What is the start date for the Global Early Talent Program?
The program starts in April 2025.
Where will I be based during the program?
You will be based in one of the preferred locations, which include Germany, Spain, or Poland.
What are the main responsibilities of participants in the program?
Participants will take on responsibilities from the start, working on strategy, project management, digital marketing, business intelligence, and customer engagement, among other tasks.
Is prior experience in eCommerce required for this position?
While initial professional experience in digital business or eCommerce teams is preferred, it is not mandatory for applying.
How many assignments will I complete during the program?
You will complete three assignments: one nine-month assignment in your home country, one six-month assignment abroad, and a final nine-month assignment back in your home country.
What kind of skills will I develop during this program?
You will develop leadership and management skills, analytical skills, communication skills, and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
What is the educational requirement for this position?
Candidates should be recent graduates, preferably at the Master’s level, in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Are proficiency in languages other than English beneficial?
Yes, while mastering the English language is required, proficiency in other languages is considered a plus.
Will I be working independently or as part of a team?
You will be working as part of a team, collaborating with ABB divisions, local sales units, and other functions throughout the process.
Can I expect mentorship during the program?
Yes, participants will have exposure to exceptional people, including mentors and leaders within the eCommerce organization throughout the program.
