Responsibilities

  • Support in negotiations and closing of agreements of partnerships, co-developments, and any other service agreements
  • Support in defining the structure of transactions and ensure it aligns with internal and external requirements
  • Support in negotiations main commercial agreements with the potential partners (SPA, cooperation agreements, framework agreements etc.)
  • Support in organizing and coordinating cross-functional internal teams (e.g. Legal, Tax, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Project Development) throughout the due diligence process
  • Coordinate external advisors involved in the due diligence process by being interface between external partners and all the multidisciplinary internal teams and advisors
  • Preparation of offers, term sheets, reports, and all other transaction related documentation
  • Support on preparing presentations and approval documentation for each transaction in German and English languages
  • Support Project Development Team on all commercial project-related topics and (when necessary) in commercial negotiations with the counterparties
