What is the Graduate Operations Management Scheme at Ground Control?
The Graduate Operations Management Scheme is a fast-paced, hands-on graduate program designed to provide real-world experience in various sectors such as Grounds Maintenance, Rail, Utilities, and Landscape Construction, along with exposure to Business Development, Client Services, and People teams.
When does the Graduate Program start?
The Graduate Program starts in September 2025.
What degree disciplines are preferred for applicants?
While we are flexible on degree disciplines, we have found the program particularly suited to graduates in Geography, Environmental Science, Ecology, Construction, Business and Management, and Sport Science/Coaching.
What types of qualifications will I gain during the program?
Participants will have the opportunity to obtain industry-recognized qualifications, such as the PTS for the rail sector, as well as develop leadership and communication skills through our GC Develop training program.
Are there travel perks associated with this role?
Yes, you will receive a fully expensed electric vehicle and home charging setup to support your field placements.
What kind of career prospects can I expect after completing the program?
Previous graduates have transitioned into roles such as Assistant Contract Manager, Environmental Data Manager, and other exciting positions within the company.
