Responsibilities

  • The DMD Design Assistant will assist DMD area coordinator.
  • Student will assist at reception desk, greeting students, faculty, and staff entering office.
  • Assist staff in the day-to-day functions of the Office.
  • Provides support on various projects and assignments as needed.
  • Provides general office support including but not limited to filing, faxing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Adheres to the City Colleges of Chicago Customer Services Excellence Standards.
  • Files and prepares correspondence, reports, and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Answers telephones and takes messages.
  • Ensures that personnel practices and procedures are followed and provides exemplary customer service.
