Responsibilities

  • Prax Group will, over the duration of the 3-year programme, provide HR graduates with the opportunity to work across the Corporate, Retail, Upstream, Refining, International and Logistics divisions of the Group.
  • As your skills and knowledge develop over time, you will get involved in all aspects of HR within the business such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Projects, Learning and Development and HR Systems.
  • Graduates will also have the opportunity to visit a number of our locations throughout the UK including London, Surrey, Jarrow, Thurrock and the Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery in Immingham.
