Responsibilities

  • You assist HR Site Manager in day-to-day operations
  • You provide customer service for our team members
  • You enter and maintain personnel transactions within HRIS.
  • You create customized reports.
  • You serve as key user of Work Day, and ADP.
  • You prepare reports, communication, verification of employment, etc.
  • You administer HR processes in multiple systems (Google Business Suite, PeopleSoft HRIS, Taleo ATS, ADP Enterprise Payoll and Valeo internal systems
  • You enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • You complete special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
  • You assist in prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • You protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
  • You comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • You update, organize and maintain personnel files, medical files, job profiles with proper documentation and updated information.
  • You assist with employee activities and engagement activities, including anniversary and birthday celebrations, holiday activities, employee appreciation activities, and miscellaneous HR activities.
