Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources, marketing, communications or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with teams effectively.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a process-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and scheduling of interviews ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Building social media and email campaigns.
  • Organizing and facilitating recruitment events, such as on-site interviews and other Talent Acquisition activities.
  • Maintaining recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Prepare recruiting materials and presentations.
  • Collaboration with other departments.
