Responsibilities

  • Create a new Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) outline for manager and HR use. Likely in Excel or Microsoft Word, you will work with our Employment Council to create a document to track the PIP process from initiation to completion.
  • Evaluate improvements needed for our HR onboarding process by collecting feedback from recent new hires. Update the HR Onboarding presentation based on feedback. This may also include the creation of new resources to be used during onboarding such as a guide/email template for new hires to follow.
  • Put together process documents for managers and employees to use when a life event occurs. One pagers for items such as Expecting a Child, Going on Leave and Retirement.
  • Put together a brochure/document of applicable internal and external trainings available for development opportunities.
  • Partner with HRBP of US Front End Sales to assist managers with opening Requisitions through HiNext as needed.
  • Data review to ensure quality; creating data update tickets and follow through to ensure accuracy.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the HRBP of US Front End Sales
