Responsibilities

  • The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Intern at Lockheed Martin will be placed in a team environment where they will work on projects that align with the company's HR strategy. Each HR Intern will obtain hands on experience through projects that will be assigned in HR functional areas such as: Total Rewards and Performance Management; Labor Relations; Talent and Organizational Capability; Diversity, Inclusion, and Equal Opportunity Programs; and Workforce Strategy, Analytics, and Talent Acquisition. Assignments are based on business needs coupled with the candidate's education, experience, and career interests. Outside of projects, our interns may have the ability to get a taste of what it is like to be an HRBP at Lockheed Martin. This would be partnering with a current team member to provide HRBP support to a client group. Experience could include employee relations situations, leadership development, and assisting with day-to-day questions.
