Responsibilities

  • Answering various questions from team members and managers as the first point of contact. This could be about e-learnings, the hospitality collective labor agreement, or confidential questions.
  • Onboarding new team members. From the initial selection of applications, conducting interviews, drafting and explaining contracts to team members, to giving each team member a warm welcome.
  • Participating in exciting HR projects. Together, we will optimize and digitize various processes. Early next year, we will start with a new scheduling and time registration system.
  • Being responsible for administrative HR processes and keeping personnel files up to date. This includes contacting managers about timely contract renewals, drafting and entering mutations and letters, and entering team members into systems.
  • Organizing and planning fun team member activities and recognition.
