Requirements

  • - Our placements are open to Undergraduates only. Therefore it is mandatory for candidates to be an undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement. Please inform your graduation date on your application.

Responsibilities

  • - Contribute to the delivery of Inclusion projects that are directly linked to our Top Company Objectives which aim to increase the number, spread, seniority and engagement of under represented groups
  • - Help to develop Employee Engagement programmes that enable Cross-Division Engagement and Sponsorship across business all levels
  • - Engage with our Executive Team across our divisions on Awareness and Governance topics
  • - Support diversity campaigns like IDAHOBIT, International Women’s Day and Disability Weeks
  • - Develop project management, stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills in a creative and supportive environment
