  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master level university program in specific to Human Resources like a Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) or recently or MBA with a focus on operations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and strong accountability to effectively engage in your work and contribute in a team environment ultimately driving success within Human Resource efforts.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project management efforts, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Mature and scale the Human Resources team in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company
  • Drive efficiencies, automating processes, screening systems, shaping culture, and streamlining onboarding by refining team processes
  • Provide vision, direction, and guidance to ensure project success and team cohesion.
  • Coordinate closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvement and improve collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of staffing plans in support of our aggressive growth objectives.
