Responsibilities

  • You will work as a part of the HR UK Transformation and Digital Team where you’ll have the chance to be involved in projects that impact the Airbus business across all the core countries.
  • You’ll get to be involved across a number of areas:
  • Transformation and Change: support the company transformation, introduction of new HR tools and the adoption of new ways of working across HR and the wider business;
  • Digital and Data: Improve HR operations and services through the deployment of new HR digital capabilities whilst enforcing respect of data protection standards and principles within HR;
  • HR4HR: working with the HR Business Partner for HR to promote the personal and professional development solutions available for the HR community;
  • Communication and Change Management: supporting all HR communications, project management and change support activities.
