Responsibilities

  • Communicate and build relationships with logistics managers, origin management service providers, freight forwarders and steamship line partners to ensure smooth ocean transportation
  • Work with trucking coordinators, trucking partners and warehouse operations teams to best manage final mile delivery efficiently and cost effectively
  • Work in tandem with Clark Associates Purchasing and Warehouse Operations to ensure a smooth import process
  • Build/Run reports to assess the performance of our providers and the overall transportation network and suggest and execute on improvements
  • Be a rapid responder and solution finder for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other teams to complete cross-departmental projects
  • Complete other special projects as assigned
  • Complete a presentation outlining your projects, contributions, and feedback at the end of the program
