Responsibilities

  • - Part of indirect purchasing team responsible for supporting ~40 location across North America, working with suppliers in North America, Europe and Asia.
  • - Conduct RFQ (Request for Quote) process, evaluate quotations, participate in and support development of negotiation strategies, including advanced negotiation methods (ANM) & game theory.
  • - Support in awarding and contracting after negotiation.
  • - Raw Material Index (RMI) monitoring and pricing updates according to contract RMI clauses.
  • - Support team with data analytics.
  • - Support supply base optimization projects.
  • - Support implementation of global material field strategy in the region.
  • - 20 - 30 hours per week preferred; working hours flexible to accommodate course schedule.
