Requirements

  • You’re on track to achieve a minimum 2.2 in any STEM or any Data Scientist related degree. 
  • You must be in your penultimate year at university 
  • Ideally, you will have a valid full UK Driving Licence. 

Responsibilities

  • As an undergraduate with the National Energy System Operator (NESO), you’ll collate, manipulate and interpret real-time (and closer to real-time) data as well as short and long-term forward-looking data to drive efficient resolutions on behalf of consumers. You’ll become a thought-leader on data analytics practices and an inspiration to colleagues and peers right across the industry.  
  • You’ll do vital work at the heart of GB's energy industry, ensuring our high voltage electricity system and the commercial infrastructure that underpins it meet the fast-growing needs of consumers.
