The main objective of the IT Intern position is to work closely with the IT Ops Team to execute and facilitate activities that drive the company's IT strategy forward, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to various business and system analysis tasks.
What will the IT Intern be responsible for doing?
The IT Intern will have the opportunity to collaborate with the IT Prop Ops Team on core IT initiatives, gain exposure to project management and software development lifecycles, learn business processes related to the real estate industry, coordinate with various business groups, participate in system, business, and data analysis, test system changes, and learn SQL and relational databases.
What are the requirements for candidates applying for this IT Intern position?
Candidates must have a sense of curiosity and interest in IT, project management, process improvements, and user experience. They should have strong communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a critical mind. Familiarity and previous experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Applications, and SQL are preferred. Candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
