Responsibilities

  • - Information Technology (IT) interns support the IT department by providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems, and configuring hardware and software.
  • - Troubleshooting: Resolving technical issues, such as internet and network access issues, and determining causes of computer, software, or network malfunctions
  • - Maintenance: Installing and maintaining computer systems, including software and hardware on desktops and laptops, and helping maintain the company's network infrastructure
  • - Support: Providing technical support to employees, responding to help desk tickets, and meeting with staff to provide one-on-one assistance
