  • Manage and triage customer service email inbox.
  • Support all sales initiatives related to new business production, retention, and utilization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple assignments.
  • On a daily basis, issue Certificate of Insurance (COIs,) credentialing letters, loss runs, and support renewal/retention efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
