Responsibilities

  • - Work with Client Management team, Client Support team, Operations team, and Production support team in the Global Payments Business to help provide clients with accurately and timely support.
  • - Provide Clients with day to day support, including managing the support queue and initial triage.
  • - Develop a strong product knowledge and work with the global client services team to document and build the internal knowledge base.
  • - Ensure all client requests are responded to in a timely fashion.
  • - For complex investigations, escalate and engage appropriate members of the Client Management team to determine and arrive at resolutions.
  • - Work with the Global Client Services team on projects and initiatives within the team.
  • - Responsible for establishing successful relationships with all internal team.
